Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Led and oversaw multiple technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, quality assurance, and other stakeholders, to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Drive process improvements and best practices across project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Requirements:
- 2-10+ years of experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in the technology industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, ADO, Power BI, Azure, and Kanban.
