Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Test Execution: Execute manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, to identify defects and ensure software meets specified requirements.
  • Test Automation: Enhance and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
  • Defect Management: Track, report, and manage defects through their lifecycle, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the QA function, driving innovation and best practices adoption.
  • Test Environment Management: Coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure availability and stability of test environments.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to align testing efforts with project requirements.
  • Quality Assurance Metrics: Monitor and report on quality assurance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. JIRA experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in using test management and defect tracking tools.
