Business Data Analyst

Responsiblties:

• Responsible for the daily execution of end-to-end ID Card production activities escalate identified issues with Supervisor, ID Card Production.
• Oversees the ID Card shared mailbox organization, inquiries, responses, etc.
• Analyze, research, root cause and resolve ID Card issues to determine root cause and communicate findings with Supervisor
• Supports data tracking and reporting of production activities with attention to accuracy and data integrity
• Support activities for testing and deploying new or changing inventory upon completion of Marketing design phase.
• Identify process and system improvement opportunities and articulate concepts to leadership.
• Support/consult with cross-functional partners to promote self-serve tools, and knowledge of ID Card processes.
• Support activities to implement new system technology solutions to further automate daily processing activities performed by the ID Card Team or broader organizational initiatives.
