Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Create test cases and test strategies for defects and enhancements.
• Individually meet and work with management, program staff and test teams to determine enhancement and defect testing needs.
• Evaluate and analyze requests for enhancements or development projects of a highly complex nature.
• Obtain thorough understanding of client needs and communicate those to the appropriate teams and organizations.
• Lead projects from requirements gathering and through implementation.
• Provide transparency into the status of each phase of the project.
• Provide visibility into each team members' project responsibilities, as well as their ongoing contributions to the project.

 Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Scrum Master role.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in writing user stories.
• Experience working in a consulting environment is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
• Able to work collaboratively with and through others.
