ServiceNow Project Manager with VRA &VRO Experience and scrum

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily scrums with KP O&A team
• Review Jira requirements definition and provide an estimated level of effort and expected task duration using standard KP O&A SOW templates
• Maintain the status of the assigned Jira epic/story/task and add tasks as appropriate.
• Provide functional end to end validation and/or demo of sprint prior to initiating code promotion
• Develop, update, upgrade, maintain, and support KP Cloud storage services catalogs.
• Develop, update, maintain and support artifacts and workflows for vRA, and vRO products
• Design develop and integrate ansible-playbook to deliver FaaS2.0 services
• Develop, test, fix defects and maintain KP Cloud catalogs
• Deploy, Manage change activities (CRQ) for Software Release Management
• Support, Manage and Maintain Software Release Management as per KP change processes
• Release code to KP Cloud environments using KP approved SDLC methodologies
• Ensure defect tracking, bug fixing and addressing related JIRA tasks
• Maintain, update and version control all software artifacts as per KP standards
• Project management including Project execution, personnel management, change management, and testing.
• Suppliers can perform additional services as well if existing skillset and bandwidth permits.
• Code validation in Quality assurance environments pertaining to VRA/VRO and ServiceNow code
