Job Description :

Responsibilities Lead in planning the business analysis approach, deliverables, and assist in business planning estimates for Intelligent Automation projects. Work with customers (business sector and shared services) to conduct requirements gathering activities using workshops, brainstorming, interviews, observation, prototyping, use cases, task, and a workflow analysis. Actively participate in Business Process Improvement workshops conducted by customers to identify process issues and standardize processes prior to automation. Responsible to work with customers to prioritize processes for automation by applying the right automation criteria and calculate ROI. Work closely with the business to ensure improvements in the process are accepted as part of a future state and are implemented from the business side (alignment of the process with automation). Ensure that requirements meet the business objectives and automation solution design. Ensure requirements are communicated and presented in a format that is understandable to stakeholders, including solutions designers and developers. Completes project-related deliverables including future state design and requirements documentation. Work closely with developers, functional experts from business teams, and project managers to ensure development is according to approved requirements. Coordinate the approach and development of use cases and test scenarios with the customer to ensure user acceptance testing is complete and validates that project requirements have been achieved. Actively conducts functional testing and takes lead in User Acceptance testing. Prepares and provides process training as required to business process owners and other key stakeholders. Communicates the status for deliverables to project management, program management teams to effectively mitigate risks and resolve issues. Continue to act as business liaison even after Go-Live of automation with an intent to enhance and improve business relationships. Actively participates in workshops and modernizes the ways for process identification to strengthen the project pipeline. Work with the Automation Project Managers, Designers, Resource Managers, Developers, and Support & Admin resources as one team.
