Sr UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create with accessibility and inclusive design for all features in-mind, consulting with our internal and external partners.
• Be comfortable with communication and collaborations with design peers at our sister studios.
• Engage with our User Testing and Analytics teams to evaluate potential and existing designs.
• Have a thorough understanding of console and PC game front-end UX flow and HUD systems.
• Can independently conceptualize, present, and implement ideas on schedule.
• Create documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and support designs systems.
• Evaluate visual design solutions for viability and cohesiveness with established patterns.
• Develop and iterate on design concepts considering feedback from user testing, our players, and community.
• Work with Lead UI/UX Designer to define and understand functionality, design, and technical requirements.
• Actively and constructively contribute across departments to solve player pain points.
• Work within agreed technical budgets and restrictions.
• Be able to identify problems, advocate for, and provide solutions to improve department processes.
• Balance, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet timelines.
• Mentor others and support the growth of peers in your area of expertise.
